Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Does Ello® offer a warranty on glassware and containers?
Yes, we stand behind our quality. We offer a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturer defects. If your product arrives damaged or fails under normal use, please contact our support team.
Are Ello® products BPA-free and food safe?
Absolutely. All Ello® products are 100% BPA, BPS, and phthalate-free. We use high-quality borosilicate glass, stainless steel, and food-grade silicone to ensure your safety.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your home essentials. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Can I put my Ello® bottles and containers in the dishwasher?
Most Ello® products are top-rack dishwasher safe. We recommend keeping silicone sleeves on during washing; however, we suggest hand-washing any natural wood lids to preserve their finish.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Ello® ships exclusively within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to reach more international fans soon.
